Program Description
SuperClass Car Service ("we," "us") offers an SMS/text messaging program to provide you with ride confirmations, driver ETAs, appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers related to our transportation services.
Consent
By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive automated text messages from SuperClass Car Service at the mobile phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website, texting a keyword to our number, or verbally consenting when booking by phone.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive messages related to:
- Ride booking confirmations
- Driver arrival notifications and ETAs
- Appointment reminders (for NEMT patients)
- Service updates and schedule changes
- Promotional offers (if you opted in to marketing messages)
Estimated frequency: up to 10 messages per week, depending on ride activity.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message from us

- Submitting a request through our website contact form
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use our transportation services.

Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SuperClass Car Service does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard messaging fees.

Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier participation may change without notice.
Privacy
Your phone number and SMS data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely for the purposes described in this program.
